Ordering

When will my order ship?
Our team typically needs 1–2 working days to package and ship complete orders. For specialized pet products like heavy-duty harnesses or custom-printed apparel, processing may take 3–4 working days. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Friday or during weekends will ship on the next business day.


Where do you ship to?
PupVibe offers worldwide shipping for all pet products. International delivery times vary by location, and customs fees or import taxes may apply to orders outside the US.
